Meet Our Founder
Bryan Gilliom got his start in the I.T. Services industry over 30 years ago. In 1992 he founded his first solutions provider at the age of 23, and grew it to over $3M of revenue in today’s dollars before selling it in 2000. Along the way he created several prototype Managed Service products, including an early “all you can eat” offering.
He spent the next 9 years rising to the CEO role within a $40M technology integrator and CLEC/ISP company. In 2008 he started an MSP practice within this company and rapidly grew it from ground zero to over $4M in annual contract revenue.
In 2013, after completing a successful sale of the company, he started an MSP coaching practice called GrowMyMSP.com. Combining his years of experience with his passion for helping others develop, GrowMyMSP.com helps MSP leaders learn the hard won strategies and lessons it takes to break through the walls that keep them from achieving outstanding growth and profitability. Bryan is currently finishing his first book, “The Breakthough MSP” that outlines many of the lessons he teaches in his coaching practice.
